Mission Statement
Foundation 58 is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization, established in memory of Hazleton City Deputy Fire Chief Gabriel A. Mhley, dedicated to providing financial assistance to Fire Fighters, Police Officers, and Emergency Medical Service Personnel who have been diagnosed with cancer.
